The application and data will be installed to the appropriate hardware based on which software and database platform you chose. The application can reside on a workstation, terminal server or Citrix server. Similarly, and depending on the database platform, the data can be installed to a Pervasive-SQL, MS-SQL, DB2 or Oracle database on a workgroup, server or SAN according to a compatibility grid.
We configure the software, as much as possible, to reflect the way that you do business.
We offer training both on-site and at our office. The benefit of training at our location limits interruptions and targets the training and education. On-site training minimizes displacement costs though disruptions can compromise the training effort.
Whenever you need help with your software, you’ve got someone to call. Support is available by telephone, through remote access or by on-site visits. These services are generally offered through prepaid blocks of time and discounts are available for larger blocks. Other plans are available; please call us and ask for details.
